With a Postgraduate degree in Labour Laws and an M.Phil. in Corporate Social Responsibility, Mr. Zode brings a strong intellectual foundation to his work. His academic training enables him to approach complex social and economic challenges with clarity, structure, and a result-oriented mindset—bridging theory with real-world implementation.

As the Founder and Chairman of the Indian Chamber of Commerce of Affirmative Action (ICCAA), he has dedicated decades to advancing the socio-economic development of underrepresented and marginalised communities. Under his leadership, ICCAA has played a key role in fostering inclusive business practices and creating opportunities for equitable growth.

His contributions have also been recognised at the policy level. Mr. Zode has served on the High-Power Monitoring Committee under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), where he was involved in overseeing initiatives aimed at strengthening entrepreneurship and affirmative action frameworks.
