“I Wanted My Wedding Look to Reflect Royalty, Tradition and Elegance” – Aadesh Chaudhary on His Groom Look in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Weddings on television are often remembered for their grandeur, beautiful outfits and larger-than-life celebrations. Adding to the festive charm in Rajan Shahi’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is the wedding sequence of Samar and Tanya, which brings along its own share of traditional elegance and visual appeal. Actor Aadesh Chaudhary, who is part of the show, is seen sporting a regal groom look that beautifully captures the essence of a traditional Indian wedding.

Talking about his look, Aadesh shares, “I absolutely loved my wedding look in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. I was dressed in a bright red, intricately embroidered sherwani paired with a beautiful cream-coloured turban. The pearl jewellery, the layered necklaces and the traditional accessories added a royal touch to the entire look. I think every detail came together beautifully to create the perfect groom’s appearance.”

The actor further talks about how traditional wedding attire adds to the overall experience of performing a wedding sequence. “When you are shooting for a wedding sequence, the look plays a very important role in helping you get into the character. The moment I wore the sherwani and turban, I could feel the entire wedding atmosphere. It was not just about wearing an elaborate outfit but also carrying it with the right grace and confidence. I really enjoyed the transformation.”

Sharing his experience of shooting the wedding sequence, Aadesh adds, “Wedding sequences are always special because there is so much happening around you. From the decorations to the costumes and the energy on the set, everything creates a celebratory atmosphere. It is always exciting to be a part of such sequences, especially when the entire team puts in so much effort to make everything look beautiful on screen.”
